Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years in commercial underwriting with strong analytical and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite property and casualty production with accuracy

• Negotiate renewals and maintain broker relationships

• Meet monthly production targets consistently

• Apply underwriting guidelines effectively

• Provide exceptional customer service to meet standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in property/casualty underwriting required

• Prior MGA experience is advantageous

• CIP/CAIB/CRM designation or in progress

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Initiative to work independently with minimal oversight
