Position: Insurance Analyst Hybrid Role WFGIA

The Insurance Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of insurance agents, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols. This role includes tracking audits, preparing reports on client and agent findings, and delivering targeted coaching. Moreover, you will assist in creating materials that facilitate agent training and proper workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review pre/post-sale business transactions of agents

• Track and manage reporting for client file reviews

• Conduct audits to meet regulatory compliance

• Provide coaching and develop training resources

• Identify improvements in communication and workflows

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in insurance or compliance

• Life Insurance License is required

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure

• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
