Position: Personal Lines Account Manager Hybrid Role

Our client, an insurance brokerage in Surrey, is seeking a motivated candidate with personal lines experience. With a focus on ICBC and auto insurance, you will be pivotal in helping clients manage their policies. You'll engage with customers through various channels and ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal lines insurance requests from clients

• Review coverage and process insurance policies

• Engage with walk-in clients and phone inquiries

• Recommend additional insurance products based on needs

• Help with policy renewals and ongoing client support

Requirements:

• Valid Level 2 Insurance Broker License

• 3-5 years of experience in personal lines

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Fluent in Punjabi

• Strong customer service mindset
