As a Level I Catastrophe Claims Representative, you will provide exceptional service by adjusting small to moderate property claims stemming from catastrophes. Key skills include strong communication, investigation, and negotiation abilities, as well as an understanding of insurance policies and coverages. Engage with claims in a fast-paced setting while maintaining organization and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients from first notice of loss to claim resolution

• Interpret policy and confirm coverage with clients

• Investigate losses and document findings accurately

• Negotiate claim settlements within authority limits

• Maintain audit-ready claim files with precise documentation

Requirements:

• Working toward a CIP designation and licensing

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
