Join CGIC to support our Claims department as a Technical Supervisor. With seven years of relevant experience, you will foster a service-oriented culture and ensure compliance with claims policies.
Your role hinges on coaching, decision-making, and supervising claim settlements while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a diverse claims team
• Implement client engagement strategies
• Provide guidance on claims processes and policies
• Authorize significant claim payments and reserves
• Cultivate a client service culture in operations
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in claims or insurance
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Progress toward FCIP or CIP designation
• Proven coaching and leadership track record
• Deep understanding of insurance claims handling
