• Resolve transportation, equipment, and cargo claims efficiently

• Pursue business development opportunities within assigned accounts

• Document processes accurately using iAdjust software

• Collaborate with various support and dictation services

• Ensure compliance with all company policies

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in Auto, Property, or Liability claims

• Bachelor’s degree or insurance-related education

• Active Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP

• Excellent analytical and conflict resolution skills

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
