Casualty Claims Adjuster

A leading Lloyd's Managing Agency have a new opening for a Casualty Claims Adjuster. The Casualty caseload includes Employers Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, and Medical Malpractice across a broad range of industries, offering exposure to diverse claims, sectors, and jurisdictions. The role currently focuses on US claims, but also includes other International territories.

Other duties will include analysing coverage, liability and quantum including complex issues and multi-jurisdictional exposures. ??

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders, including underwriters and actuaries, to deliver consistent, effective claims management.

Applicants will require previous Casualty/Liability claims handling experience. U.S. Casualty claims handling experience is desirable. This will be a hybrid role, with lots of flexibility to work from home. Full support will be given with professional qualifications.
