Independence Pet Group (IPG) is on the lookout for a highly skilled Advanced Claims Adjuster to lead claims operations from home in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering strong customer relations and operational improvements. Your leadership will guide the claims team in successful policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight for policy implementation and documentation

• Ensure adjuster licensing compliance and ethics are upheld

• Develop plans for customer relations and process improvement

• Monitor and improve quality assurance measures

• Train and mentor team members in their adjuster roles

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in adjusting

• Level 3 Independent Adjuster License is mandatory

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required

• CIP designation is a plus

• Proven experience leading complex projects
