You will work within East Toronto, York Region, and Durham, responding to field requests and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. A background of 3 to 5 years in property claims is required, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation. Your responsibilities will include managing technology-driven assessments to facilitate fair settlements while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard contact and follow up with policyholders

• Investigate causes and implement solid recommendations

• Use technology to scope damages effectively

• Develop plans and negotiate fair settlements

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process

Requirements:

• Completion of high school; preference for relevant higher education

• 3 to 5 years’ experience specifically in property claims

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong analytical skills with effective communication
