Key Responsibilities:

• Review claims documents and policyholder statements

• Analyze insurance policy terms to determine coverage

• Communicate decisions and expedite payments to claimants

• Collaborate with field adjusters and contractors

• Maintain detailed and accurate claim records

Requirements:

• Degree or education related to insurance

• At least 1 year in Personal/Commercial property claims

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Investigative skills for document analysis
