AXA Retail in Birmingham is hiring Claims Handlers to join a busy claims team. You'll manage a caseload, review reports for payment and make decisions, with some outbound calls. Insurance experience not required as training is provided.
You’ll work full-time 37.5 hours, with a hybrid pattern that combines office presence in Birmingham and remote working, and a structured induction to get you up to speed.
