You will be responsible for investigating claims, maintaining communication with clients, and negotiating fair settlements. Your proactive approach will ensure quality service and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up efficiently with policyholders and claimants

• Investigate and analyze claims to provide recommendations

• Recommend reserves and manage liability exposures

• Deliver high-level customer service during claims

• Conduct all tasks in compliance with established policies

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' direct damage and liability experience

• Valid Quebec claims adjuster license required

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
