Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality advice and exceptional customer service

• Execute renewal reviews to meet retention metrics

• Conduct outbound calls for client renewals

• Build and sustain relationships with insurers

• Manage policy changes via online platforms

Requirements:

• Valid RIBO license

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance

• Independent, ambitious, and thrives under pressure

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
