Position: Full-Time Desktop Adjuster Hybrid Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Review policyholder statements and repair estimates

• Interpret insurance terms to determine claim validity

• Resolve claims while communicating with policyholders

• Work with contractors and field adjusters for claims

• Document communications thoroughly in claims software

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education in insurance

• 1 year experience in Auto Property Damage claims

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Adjuster’s license or CIP designation in progress

• Ability to prioritize customer inquiries effectively
