Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property and casualty claims from investigation to resolution

• Direct Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel effectively

• Enhance claims data and reserve management practices

• Maintain positive relationships and clear communication

• Utilize strong analytical skills to drive informed decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of multi-line claims handling experience

• CIP or FCIP designation required

• Experience with Lloyd’s Underwriters advantageous

• Proficiency in handling high-severity claims

• Background in construction and medmal preferred
