You’ll manage a personal lines servicing with existing clients, providing excellent service through renewals, client communication, and collaboration with support staff. Compensation

Competitive base salary between $50,000 to $55,000 (based on your experience) plus commission on new business

Responsibilities

Manage a personal lines insurance portfolio, including renewals and client requests

Handle inbound client calls and provide tailored solutions

Communicate effectively with clients and internal support teams

Assist in growing the personal lines book through excellent customer service and client engagement

Qualifications

Level 1 personal lines insurance experience

Fluency in Punjabi or Hindi preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
