Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust complex and large loss property claims

• Ensure timely communications with members

• Interpret policy coverages and document claim files

• Negotiate claim settlements based on authority limits

• Maintain a comprehensive diary system for claims

Requirements:

• 2 years of insurance adjusting experience

• Post-secondary degree preferred

• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or pursuing one

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software

• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
