Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker looking to join a growing, forward-thinking brokerage where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships and play a key role in business growth?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business and expanding insurance brokerage in Liverpool that prides itself on delivering tailored insurance solutions to businesses and private clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional who enjoys managing client relationships, developing new business, and providing expert advice across commercial insurance.

As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you'll manage an established portfolio of commercial clients while also supporting a smaller personal lines book. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, arrange suitable cover, negotiate with insurers, and identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.

This is a varied position offering a mix of account management, new business development and client servicing within a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Handle new business enquiries, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert insurance advice.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and services.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Negotiate with insurers to obtain the best cover and premiums for clients.
• Maintain accurate records using Acturis (preferred).
• Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and compliance standards.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within Commercial Insurance i.e.
  Commercial Account Executive
  , Commercial Account Handler
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Experience developing client relationships and winning new business.
• Acturis experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine focus on delivering outstanding client service.

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
• Hybrid working. Must be able to attend the office in Liverpool.
