Tesco Insurance and Money Services is seeking a Claims Handler – Settlements to join our Third Party Settlement Team in Newcastle. You will proactively manage and settle a portfolio of claims, ensuring service standards and adherence to policy cover and liability.
Initial six weeks of training will be office-based with 09:00–17:00 hours, then opportunities to move to hybrid working. Aiming for a fair, empathetic customer experience and strong decision-making in challenging cases.
