Agria Pet Insurance is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support customers approaching renewal. You will listen, fact-find and understand policy changes, then use training and our systems to offer the best products and pricing for their needs.
The role can be fully remote or based at our Aylesbury office with a weekly in-person day. A two-week in-office induction is provided, with accommodation for remote workers.
