As a key member of the National Life, Disability & Wellness Team, you will use your mathematical proficiency and experience with disability calculations to support clients effectively. You are expected to understand group disability contracts and the implications of income sources on benefits. Your ability to communicate empathetically will be crucial when discussing sensitive information with Plan Members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and code disability benefit offsets accurately

• Inform Plan Members of over payment amounts clearly

• Follow up for reimbursement and negotiate repayment plans

• Manage claim recoveries in Navigator system

Requirements:

• Proven experience in disability benefit calculations

• Strong mathematical and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Ability to interpret group insurance contracts

• Bilingual (English and French) is preferred
