This permanent 35-hour-per-week role focuses on delivering empathetic guidance and clear information to customers at every stage of the claims journey, with a hybrid working model combining office and home/office time.
You will be the first point of contact for home insurance claims, aim for excellent customer outcomes, and use multiple systems to manage cases.
