The Insurance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the company’s insurance program. This role focuses on maintaining accurate insurance documentation, handling policy lifecycle activities, preparing renewal packages, and ensuring smooth administration of premiums and reserves.

• Manage the full insurance policy lifecycle, from placement through renewal and cancellation.

• Organize, maintain, and archive all insurance-related documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare underwriting data, renewal submission packages, and supporting schedules for brokers and insurers.

• Administer insurance premium payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Monitor and report on insurance-related reserves and provisions.

• Manage insurance databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and insurance or risk management software.

• Good communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external brokers/insurers.

• Portuguese or Spanish language skills are preferred.
