• Valid RIBO Licence (Required).
• Experience in insurance, brokerage, insurance sales, or another customer-focused sales role is an asset.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Passion for helping clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
