Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter - New Business

Our Regional Underwriting team is searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to join us. As a Senior New Business Underwriter, you will manage new portfolio’s and play a pivotal role in attracting new customers. This market-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for doing what's right for our customers.   Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours.

What we're looking for:

 

Experience:

Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.  Communication:
Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making.  Attention to Detail:
Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes and decisions.  Adaptability:
