• Salary of £24,000 to £26,500 per annum, depending on experience.
• Uncapped monthly bonus, with experienced handlers typically earning an additional £200 to £1,000 per month based on performance.
• 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days with length of service, plus Bank Holidays.
• Hybrid working after successful completion of probation, with up to two days working from home each week. • £750 loyalty bonus after three years' service.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage total loss claims from referral through to settlement, delivering fair, accurate, and efficient customer outcomes.
• Negotiate vehicle valuations, storage and recovery costs, and settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party insurers.
• Support customers following vehicle write-offs, managing expectations while protecting commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver an outstanding claims experience. About You
• Previous motor claims handling experience is essential.
• Experience negotiating vehicle valuations, settlements, or total loss claims within a claims environment.
• Experience working within a customer-focused claims or insurance environment with strong knowledge of the motor claims process.
