Under the supervision of the Director of Technical Services and Major Losses, you will work as a personal injury adjuster while working from home.

• Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for bodily injury (section
  
  A) sustained in motor vehicle claims.
• Provide timely customer service.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of your teams claims handling processes.
• Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for accident benefits claim (Section
  
  B) sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
• Participate in mediation in judicial cases and act as a representative.
• When needed, initiates recoveries in claims requiring it.

• Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claims

(Section

A)

• Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick
• Negotiation skills and good communicator
  
  Comfortable with Microsoft office suite
• Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, in order to assist and regularly serve our English and French speaking customers in the territory and/or our suppliers through complex interactions related to insurance or the Group's business sectors, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives.
