Broker in personal and commercial insurance

• Permanent, full-time position,
  35 hours per week
  , Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
• Salary starting at $70,000 per year
  , depending on experience;
• 100% remote work after the initial training period, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week in the office during training
  ;
• Group insurance coverage from the first day of employment, including dental, disability, prescription drugs, etc., with 50% employer contribution;

• Manage an approximately $1 million book of business for the producing broker, in collaboration with an assistant;
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements and policy changes;
• Answer client inquiries and provide high-quality service and advice;
• Negotiate terms and contracts with various insurance carriers;
• Work with a client portfolio consisting of approximately 90% personal lines and 10% commercial lines
  ;
• After one year, have the opportunity to gradually build your own book of business
  , if desired, and earn 50% of the commission generated.

• You hold your AMF license in Personal and Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance
  ;
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Property & Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Broker — commercial experience is not required;
• You are bilingual in French and English
  ;
