Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement initiative management plans

• Collaborate with internal Claims and IS Leaders

• Analyze current state processes for improvement

• Maintain transparency in initiative repository

• Create presentations for business stakeholders

Requirements:

• Seven years of experience in insurance or business analysis

• Relevant post-secondary qualification

• CIP or equivalent designation preferred

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills

• Proven ability in agile and lean methodologies
