In this pivotal role, you will partner with employers to refine claims processes and advocate for early intervention strategies. Your expertise will help develop return to work plans and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring effective resolution of complex claims. This remote position within Canada requires adept case management that adheres to WCB policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate evaluation of claims with workplace parties
• Contact employees swiftly post-injury report
• Manage and submit WCB documentation for claims
• Create and monitor return to work strategies
• Provide regular updates to clients on claims status
Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience in customer service or disability management
• Relevant post-secondary education in social work or kinesiology
• Familiarity with WCB policies preferred
• Strong multitasking and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication for effective case handling
