What youll be doing:

• Assessing property claims (medium to large loss and complex cases)
• Producing detailed reports and scopes of work
• Overseeing contractor instruction and project progression
• Auditing works, managing variations, and ensuring smooth delivery

Training & Development:
Full training will be provided in validation and mitigation (if required), supporting your continued professional growth.

Qualifications/

Experience:

• Experience in property claims surveying is essential
• Experience in higher value/complex claims is desirable
• BDMA certification is highly desirable (support can be provided to obtain this if needed)
