This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in disability management or adjudication. Your responsibilities will include analyzing claims information, calculating benefits, and supporting plan members in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical, employment, and contract information for claims

• Manage claims effectively with strong analytical skills

• Accurately calculate LTD benefits and offsets

• Coordinate case management tools to aid recovery

• Communicate decisions in a respectful manner

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in STD or LTD claims

• Health-related degree or disability experience preferred

• Knowledge of insurance operations and group contracts

• Conflict management and negotiation expertise

• Proficient English;
French considered an asset
