In this pivotal role, you will assist the Claims Supervisor while mentoring Case Managers, driving operational excellence in the STD Claims department. We seek individuals with substantial expertise in disability legislation and best practices in case management. Your ability to foster collaboration and transparency will be key in facilitating success within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Supervisor in change management and process enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert for claims processes
• Conduct quality control reviews for claim decisions
• Collaborate on policy development and implementation
• Address client concerns and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in Disability Case Management
• Strong knowledge of disability legislation
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze data and trends
