Remote Field Adjuster - Property Claims

Aviva is hiring a Remote Field Adjuster in the Greater Calgary Area for Property Claims. This role combines inspections with data accuracy to deliver outstanding service.

As part of Aviva Canada, your focus will be on completing detailed inspections and resolving property claims. You will leverage your expertise to capture damage scopes, validate estimates, and communicate effectively with all involved parties. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site and virtual property inspections

• Write and assess repair estimates for claims

• Reconcile vendor documentation for claim settlement

• Investigate facts through direct communication

• Maintain accurate data and payment issuance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant Field Adjuster experience

• Strong background in Property Insurance

• Good computer skills and tech-savvy

• Valid driver’s license

• Available for CAT assistance when needed
