Davies Group in Stoke is seeking an Escape of Water Specialist to join our Property Claims team. You will be the first point of contact, liaising with customers, insurers and contractors to manage claims from setup to settlement. Hybrid working after probation, with an emphasis on responsive, customer-focused service.
You will analyse policies for coverage, keep customers informed on progress, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting team growth and delivering efficient outcomes.
