Join the International Programs Group at Claims Pro LP as a Senior Claims Examiner in Toronto or remotely across Canada. Leverage your independent adjusting license and expertise to manage complex claims efficiently.

This senior-level role is integral to our dynamic TPA team, handling moderate to intermediate complex property claims. Candidates with a strong technical background and excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply. You will directly interact with insureds and field adjusters, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle moderate to complex property claims directly

• Examine and assess complex claims thoroughly

• Direct Field Adjusters on investigations and tasks

• Settle claims with Insureds directly or through representatives

• Administer claims payments and settlements accordingly

Requirements:

• Independent Adjusters license is mandatory

• 3-7 years of related claims adjusting experience

• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proven track record of high performance in teams

• Education and CIP courses are assets
