IPS Group Limited is recruiting an experienced TPA Liability Claims Handler to manage Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims from notification to settlement in a remote/hybrid environment.
You will review liability, quantum and coverage, liaise with solicitors and loss adjusters, negotiate settlements, and uphold FCA/regulatory standards while meeting SLA targets. CII qualifications are advantageous; training and development are offered.
