Everywhen in Cheltenham is seeking an Account Handler to provide office-based support to an Account Executive in the day-to-day management of the commercial lines client portfolio. You will set up actions from quotes, sales, mid-term adjustments and renewals, and be the first point of contact for clients and insurers.
You’ll maintain client records, respond proactively to queries, and work with providers to resolve discrepancies.
