Position: Auto Claims Representative II - Hybrid Role
Become an integral part of CGIC’s Claims team as an Auto Claims Representative II in a hybrid work environment. This role emphasizes investigation, negotiation, and resolution of complex auto claims to enhance client satisfaction.

With three years of claims experience and a post-secondary education in insurance, you will engage with clients compassionately and implement innovative solutions. Your expertise in evaluating coverage and negotiating settlements will be crucial in creating peace of mind for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex auto claims comprehensively

• Negotiate settlements and assess liability effectively

• Identify recovery opportunities following guidelines

• Mentor and coach junior staff members

• Deliver exceptional client service according to quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in claims or related area

• Post-secondary education in insurance or risk management

• CIP designation required

• Knowledge of policy coverage and provincial regulations

• Working towards provincial adjuster licence
