Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and proactively support client insurance portfolios

• Conduct timely outreach for pre-renewal discussions

• Address client inquiries via phone and email

• Process insurer transactions efficiently

• Cultivate relationships to enhance portfolio growth

Requirements:

• Must hold an active RIBO license; other certifications are a plus

• Minimum 10 years in personal insurance, emphasizing high-end services

• Strong knowledge of carriers like Intact and Northbridge

• Effective customer service and organizational abilities

• High-level communication and quotation skills
