The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Insurance & Actuarial Consultant to join our growing team.
This is ideally a full-time position (100%), although an employment level starting from 60% can be discussed
. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with regular presence at our Zurich office, alternatively in one of our associated companies in Belgium (region of Gent) or France.
Depending on project requirements, the position involves occasional travel within Switzerland and internationally
, including client meetings, workshops, conferences and business development activities.
You will work directly with senior industry experts on a wide range of consulting assignments, including:
- Insurance and actuarial analyses
- Product development and innovation projects
- Regulatory and governance advisory
- Business planning and market entry initiatives
- Data analysis, pricing and risk assessments
- Project management and client support
The role offers significant autonomy, client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic consulting business.
Your Profile- 2-3 years of experience in consulting or within an insurance company, preferably Life & Health
- University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on attitude
- Comfortable working independently and in small teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English;
German and/or French are an advantage - Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Python, R, SAS or similar is an advantage
- You enjoy working in an international environment and are open to occasional travel across Switzerland and Europe to meet clients, support projects and help develop new business opportunities.
