• Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious or complex insurance claims across different policy types.

• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties in a professional and objective manner.
• Prepare detailed and objective investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters, legal counsel, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Identify potential instances of insurance fraud and assist in its prevention and detection.

• Proven experience as a Claims Investigator , Fraud Investigator, or in a related investigative role, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of investigative techniques, evidence collection, and report writing.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct interviews and gather information effectively and discreetly.
• Proficiency in research methods and relevant investigative tools/software.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct.
