Position: Senior Claims Specialist Hybrid Role

As a key player in AXA XL’s Casualty Claims team, the Senior Claims Specialist is vital in navigating complex claims. You will be involved in coverage analysis, investigation, and timely resolution, working closely with Underwriting and legal teams. Your expertise will help drive successful outcomes for both AXA XL and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate coverage details to brokers and insureds

• Conduct thorough investigations for various claims

• Negotiate resolutions across multiple jurisdictions

• Collaborate with legal counsel on litigation strategies

• Maintain communication with stakeholders for excellent service

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Casualty claims

• Bilingual in English and French for Quebec locations

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Valid Representative’s Certificate for Commercial claims in Quebec

• Familiarity with insurance business and casualty products
