About the Role

Our client is expanding its national presence and is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Remote Insurance Advisor to join their fully remote team. Based from home, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of insurance products, helping them find the best solutions to protect their assets and futures. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance principles, and the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various insurance policies via phone, email, and video calls.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products, explaining coverage details and benefits clearly.
• Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Achieve and maintain sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Keep abreast of new products, industry regulations, and market changes relevant to remote client engagement.

• Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of insurance products.
• Excellent remote communication skills , including active listening and clear explanation capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity from a home office.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping clients find the right solutions.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and CRM systems .
