• Previous experience as a Claims Handler or in a similar role within auto insurance .
• Solid understanding of auto insurance policies, claims procedures, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills .
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple claims.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a hybrid team in Richards Bay .
