• Manage a caseload of complex and potentially litigious insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

• Interpret policy terms and conditions to determine coverage and liability with precision.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties, aiming for fair and equitable outcomes.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to policyholders throughout the claims process.
• Mentor and guide junior claims handlers, providing training and support on best practices and complex cases.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in claims handling within the insurance industry, with a focus on complex claims.
• Demonstrated expertise in claims investigation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.
• Strong understanding of insurance law, regulatory requirements, and claims best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, suitable for a remote setting.
