Position: Property Appraisal Specialist - Hybrid Role

As a member of the Property Appraisal Triage team, you will ensure timely distribution of assignments and provide insights on estimating practices.

Your role is vital for relationship management and resolving claims challenges, contributing to improved operational processes and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assignment distribution to appraisers and adjusters

• Validate estimates and ensure compliance

• Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners

• Monitor estimating platforms for adherence to standards

• Assist with file escalations for the Claims Management team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property claims or related fields

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Background in construction estimating preferred

• Bilingual in English and French, strong written skills required

• Ability to work independently and calmly during busy periods
