Position: Manager, Auto Pricing Hybrid Role
Lead the Home & Auto Pricing team at CGIC in a hybrid model. This managerial position combines coaching, project implementation, and actuarial pricing expertise to drive strategic objectives.

CGIC is seeking a Manager in Auto Pricing with significant experience in the property and casualty actuarial field. The successful candidate will coach team members, build complex project plans, and provide training to support their growth. Key responsibilities also include ensuring model governance and understanding the business implications of proposed rate changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and feedback to team members

• Build and implement detailed actuarial project plans

• Lead expertise on databases and modeling software

• Uphold pricing model governance principles

• Anticipate and address potential issues regarding rate changes

Requirements:

• 6-8 years in property and casualty actuarial

• Post-secondary degree in a related field

• Expert knowledge of actuarial pricing principles

• Ability to resolve complex business problems

• ACAS or FCAS designations are assets
