This senior role requires strong analytical skills and a knack for portfolio analysis. You will support design, implement guidelines, and ensure exceptional results in underwriting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze Commercial Automobile underwriting portfolio for profitability
• Develop and maintain policy wordings and underwriting tools
• Implement corporate underwriting standards and practices
• Lead underwriting audit processes and action plan follow-ups
• Maintain records, reports, and prepare presentations as needed
Requirements:
• 10+ years of commercial automobile underwriting experience
• Strong analytical and portfolio analysis skills
• Experience in training and mentoring diverse individuals
• Proven project and change management abilities
• Proficiency in English required, French is an asset
