Working with Gallagher’s Commercial Mid-Market team, you will oversee an existing client portfolio. Your responsibilities include managing renewals, executing policy changes, and collaborating effectively with insurers to meet client needs. Your ability to build rapport will be crucial in ensuring client trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business retention for assigned commercial clientele
• Prepare and review accounts for policy renewals
• Quickly address client queries and requests
• Recognize and act on upselling opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of new products and policy updates
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in insurance, ideally in brokerage
• Valid Nova Scotia General Insurance License
• Tech-savvy with quick adaptability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CAIB or relevant insurance designations preferred
